The Role:

  • Attracting and interviewing new personnel to join our nationwide Brand Ambassador teams
  • Development, implementation and logistical coordination of promotional campaigns
  • Development and management of personnel liaison at all points and stages of campaigns
  • Report generation
  • Alternate management of the staff hotline
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple aspects of a campaign from sourcing props and venues to booking and briefing staff
  • Take briefs accurately demonstrating that you get brands and that you understand what the client is looking for because you have the experience and you’re able to add value to the process
  • Good writing and presentation skills for pitches, presentations and feedback reporting

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year experience delivering client impressing service within an agency environment and on joining our passionate team you will assist on a number of accounts with a view to progressing and developing your own client base. You will be given every opportunity to grow and develop your career within an Agency which dreams big.

Key Skills:

  • Passion and drive for the Experiential industry
  • Good understanding of marketing mix
  • Need to have high standards, an eye for executional detail and ability to work under pressure
